Why 15 songs before the end of 2026

I had music sitting. A lot of it. And I was still mostly doing covers when I played out.

Then I connected with Smail Hami, after a bar show where I was performing covers. He pushed me toward original music. Not as a vibe. As a plan: release the work, then build a real show together.

That’s the challenge. 15 songs before the end of 2026. Not fifteen random drops: a setlist. Lighting. Structure. A night that feels produced. The long dream after that is L’Olympia in Montréal, when the room is ready for us.

There’s already a thread with the album Chants Kabyles Anciens · work connected to that circle. And I’m counting in public so I can’t hide the music in a hard drive forever.

Freedom is the word I keep coming back to. There’s nothing where you’re freer than music, but freedom still asks you to finish the song and put it out.

Three are out. Twelve are still in the dark on purpose. You’ll see mystery slots on the site until each one lands. When a track drops, it gets a title and a listen link. Simple.
